Karla Williams is the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director at Hilton Head Health. She received her Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from the Chef’s Academy in Indianapolis and her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Kaplan University. Karla began her career in food and beverage working at a Pan-Asian American fusion restaurant and, over a span of six years, finished as Sous Chef. In order to meld her love for food and nutrition, Karla relocated to H3 and worked her way from Culinary Intern to Executive Chef. In addition to working as a Chef, Karla also instructs group fitness classes at Hilton Head Health and competes in local CrossFit competitions. Karla resides in Hilton Head, South Carolina with her sweet dog Lucy.
