David is your expert in the latest fitness research. He is responsible for facilitating the development of the program schedules and keeps H3's fitness philosophy consistent and up to date with the latest in scientific research. David graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus in Exercise Programming. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches School of Coaching. He is Level 1 and Level 2 certified through Functional Movement Systems and is “Exercise is Medicine” credentialed through ACSM. Before joining H3, David was a BGSU Strength & Conditioning Assistant Coach and spent two years volunteering in a physical therapy setting. David is a survivor of a broken neck “Hangman’s Fracture” and, by living a healthy lifestyle and progressing through movements properly, he was able to have a 100% recovery. David’s vision is to be a living example of how human movement improves quality of life.
