Your Wellness Destination For Longevity

Quality of Life For Decades To Come

We recognize that there is no cookie-cutter approach to achieving ideal health and wellness, especially as we age. But, there are a collection of research-supported behaviors that show healthy living can be achieved at any age. By attending H3’s AgeWell Program, you’ll walk away with an understanding of the importance of mobility over “fitness”, the significance of your diet in how much energy you have and how you feel, and what other factors can make an enormous impact on your health as you continue your journey in healthy living.

This summer we have partnered with Dr. Dean and Dr. Ayesha Sherzai, authors of “The Alzheimer’s Solution” and founders of the Healthy Minds Initiative, for our AgeWell Program. The Sherzai’s are dedicated to educating people on the simple steps to long-term health and wellness. Enjoy presentations from the Sherzai’s including:

- Brain Health Through Stress Management: Chronic stress can lead to brain shrinkage but there is also “good” stress that helps neuron connections. We’ll discuss how to identify and manage your stress while helping you let your life’s purpose shape your actions.

- Plant Based Cooking Demo: Ayesha Sherzai takes over the Healthy Kitchen to share some brain healthy recipes while sharing the impact of nutrition on mental wellness.

- Your NEURO Plan: Taking small steps in nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep and mental activity can have a profound cumulative effects on longevity. We’ll show you how to work with your strengths to create long-term healthy habits.

Join us as we show you how to AgeWell the week of June 24th through July 1st.
