H3’s Operations Manager is a highly visible role responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the 40-70 guest boutique property. The right-hand of the SVP of Hospitality, a strong candidate will be able to stand in front of guests and staff alike to provide service resolutions, leadership and direction. Positioned as the direct supervisor for the front office staff and Housing Coordinator, the Operations Manager will also be cross-trained with F&B supervision and facilities project supervision. As the front line of managing service issues and conflict resolution, the Operations Manager must be able to make decisions quickly, communicate effectively and see resolutions through to the end. They are responsible for training new and current front office staff for a smooth and efficient customer service experience. They will work closely with and communicate any staff, guest or other needs operational needs to the SVP of Hospitality.
Assistant Sous Chef
The Assistant Sous Chef is responsible for assisting and providing support to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. The individual’s primary responsibilities include executing and supporting the demonstration kitchen’s nutrition and culinary events and classes in a polished and professional manner, inventory coordination (orders, receiving, stocking and credits), culinary staff management, and organization of all our kitchens and assisting with operational needs.
- 2 year certification or degree in Culinary Arts required, nutrition degree preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience as a chef/line cook
- ServSafe certification required
- Preferred TIPS certification, CPR/AED certification
- Basic knife handling and cooking skills

Hilton Head Health is considered among the leaders of healthy cooking, this position offers a unique opportunity to add this style of cuisine to your training. The successful candidate will prepare food to the chef’s exact specifications, prep and set-up line stations, work the line during meal periods and assist the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. He/She will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Our kitchen is team oriented, offers competitive pay and is less stressful than most kitchen environments. Our facility closes at 8:00 PM nightly, we serve 35-50 guests per meal service (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and most shifts are scheduled 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM.
Must possess solid knife skills, a willingness to cook healthy, an understanding of kitchen equipment operation, sanitary food handling habits, and a positive attitude to complement our positive environment and interest in a healthy lifestyle.
Two years Line Cook experience or a Culinary Degree is required.
As part of our culinary team, the dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all dishes and food preparation equipment as well as perform routine cleaning tasks. At times, the dishwasher may also be asked to assist with meal prep. Must be comfortable with routine work and must be a team player.
We are seeking to add a dedicated Server to our expanding Culinary department. The job responsibilities of the service staff include preparation and supply of the beverage center and maintaining the cleanliness of all dining areas in addition to table service. The successful candidate will have a knowledge of food and beverage preparations, standards of service and food service safety, as well as good command of the English language and physical ability to deliver food to the tables via a large tray. Job Requirements are a minimum of one year food and beverage experience -- fine dining preferred. Nights (closing shift ends at 8pm) and weekends are required.
The Fitness Coach at Hilton Head Health (H3) is an integral part of the overall team. Their primary responsibility is to provide H3 guests with the highest quality experience possible. They deliver this experience through a combination of individual and group services. These include personal training for a wide spectrum of fitness levels, a variety of group fitness classes, personalized exercise prescriptions and precise fitness testing.
The Fitness Coach leads group presentations and meets individually with guests for lifestyle assessments and program guidance.
Additional responsibilities include outdoor fitness adventures, attention to and assistance with maintenance of all fitness areas, fitness equipment and first aid stations.
Hilton Head Health (H3) is a world-renowned weight-loss and wellness destination and we want YOU on our team! We are seeking a talented Massage Therapist for our Indigo Spa. As a Massage Therapist, you will primarily be responsible for providing guests with massages and body treatments in a professional and friendly manner. By assisting in maintaining a well-stocked, clean treatment area, you will be providing The Indigo guests with a rejuvenating, healing experience.
Must possess current South Carolina Massage Therapy license. Two years of salon or spa experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be someone who is available evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Guest Services/Program Concierge
The Program Concierge’s main responsibility consists of providing remarkable customer service by assisting guests with arrival, departure and all needs during their stay. Duties include managing the welcome desk, handling the process for arriving and departing guests, organizing recreational activities for the guests including bike rentals, scheduling individual appointments for in-house services as well as off-site services, providing concierge services, communicating maintenance and housekeeping requests for guest accommodations and transporting guests as needed. This position also calls guests prior to their arrival to finalize their transportation needs and preschedule any appointments or activities. Furthermore, they are responsible for working with our guests and drivers to manage the transportation schedule.
Part-time Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing content across all social media platforms. He/she will be responsible for working with Hilton Head Health’s program team, facilitators, and our guests to promote content that engages the audience, creates a tether to the brand, and inspires new viewers to Achieve Well. A strong candidate is personable, friendly, and comfortable engaging in conversation with guests. They are organized, creative, and use time management and attention to detail throughout their work. In addition to social media, this position is also the liaison between our PR firm and the media visitors/writers we are in contact with – helping to establish relationships and look for further opportunities to increase exposure on an PR articles/opportunities landed.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, preferred; 2-4 years’ experience in the field or related area and 1+ year of social media/digital marketing, preferred.
Successful candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; strong understanding of health, wellness, and spa field; critical/strategic thinking skills both individually and in group setting; attention to detail and organizational skills; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); robust understanding of top social media sites and platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram; strong knowledge of blogging best practices; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite of software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); ability to work in fast paced and changing environment and possess a strong sense of creativity and willingness to learn/adapt.
Hilton Head Health provides exceptional learning and training experiences for Culinary Arts, Health Management and Hospitality students. Our interns can expect guidance and support from our highly trained professional staff. Internships vary in duration from 10 - 16 weeks, depending on the department.
Our intention is to extend and expand the intern’s education. While providing opportunities for them to reinforce their strengths, interns will also address and strengthen weaker areas of interest or talent. Ideally, this will allow the intern to participate in an extensive learning opportunity. The intern’s professional development is the emphasis of our Internship Program.
