H3 Extended & Intensive Logo The H3 Extended & Intensive (H3e/i) 12-week program is designed for those individuals looking for a structured, long-term program to support sustainable weight loss and weight management. The episodes of A&E's weight loss docudrama, HEAVY, that were filmed here at Hilton Head Health featured the H3e/i experience. (Note: Those featured on A&E’s HEAVY docudrama resided at H3 for 6 consecutive months.)
The program includes the principles of the 35 year, award-winning H3 Essentials - Healthy Lifestyle™ program, delivered through a combination of small group sessions, small group fitness trainings and individual consultations with coaching follow-ups to review weekly progress towards established goals.

Follow H3's structured path and you will complete the program with more confidence, support and motivation than you ever thought possible!

H3e/i is a 12-week program of intensive education and activity at the H3 campus and 12-weeks of continued coaching support upon your return home. To reaffirm and recharge, Guests are provided an additional 2 weeks at H3 to be taken within two years of their program start date. *Alternative agendas are available and will be customized based on your time availability.

The H3e/i program is limited in size with check-ins available every second and fourth Sunday of the month. With over 60 individual and group sessions, this program starts at $43,700. Call a Program Consultant today to learn more and to see if H3e/i is right for you.
