At Hilton Head Health weight loss spa, Guests enjoy a meal plan with delicious flavors and realistic portions. Our experienced Chef and Culinary Team have created a low-calorie, healthy gourmet cuisine with an emphasis on local and natural ingredients to ensure a well-balanced weight loss diet.
Our 1200-1400 calorie/day meal plan is based on the guidelines from the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and American Diabetes Association. We are able to accommodate most dietary needs.
In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, our Guests are encouraged to have three healthy snacks throughout the day. At H3, these 100-calorie snacks are referred to as Metabo Meals, which are designed to prevent overeating, stabilize blood glucose levels and increase your metabolism.
The only buffet style lunch is served on Wednesdays. This format gives Guests the opportunity to practice plating on their own and in reasonable portions. To reward Guests for their hard work and weight loss efforts throughout the week, the Chef prepares a special four-course spa gourmet dinner served every Friday evening. This dinner features a salad, appetizer, entree and dessert.
To enhance the culinary experience even further, Guests are welcome to enjoy a fine dining Chef's Table or hands-on cooking class in the H3 Healthy Kitchen.
