At Hilton Head Health weight loss spa, Guests enjoy a meal plan with delicious flavors and realistic portions. Our experienced Chef and Culinary Team have created a low-calorie, healthy gourmet cuisine with an emphasis on local and natural ingredients to ensure a well-balanced weight loss diet.
Our 1200-1400 calorie/day meal plan is based on the guidelines from the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and American Diabetes Association. We are able to accommodate most dietary needs.
In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, our Guests are encouraged to have three healthy snacks throughout the day. At H3, these 100-calorie snacks are referred to as Metabo Meals, which are designed to prevent overeating, stabilizeblood glucose levels and increase your metabolism.
To reward Guests for their hard work and weight loss efforts throughout the week, the Chef prepares a special four-course spa gourmet dinner served every Friday evening. This dinner features a salad, appetizer, entree and dessert. Although Friday Gourmet Dinners have a higher caloric content, this meal proves that fine dining can still be healthy and fulfilling.
