Located in an 800-acre gated resort and residential community, all Guest accommodations are within .3 to 1.2 miles from our main building in Shipyard Plantation. A private plantation, Shipyard is home to a 27-hole golf club, nationally ranked tennis center, beautiful lagoons and the beach. The environment around Hilton Head Health weight loss spa is one of great tranquility and natural beauty.
In the surroundings of tall pines, rustic oaks and tropical palms, Shipyard has over twelve miles of walking and biking paths. Most Hilton Head Health Guests bike or walk to and from our main building. Those not comfortable bicycling or walking may choose to rent a car. All buildings at Hilton Head Health are smoke-free.
Your privacy is important to us. Here Hilton Head Health, Guests stay in two or three bedroom condos with the option of staying in a private room or personal condo. Most Guests choose to stay in private room, which offers a private bedroom and private bath with shared living and laundry areas. There is also the option to stay in a personal condo for an additional fee.
Premium Accommodations
Enjoy more spacious housing during your stay, comparable to that of suite-style rooms. All Premium Accommodations are guaranteed to be within one mile of the main building. Limited availability.
Pet Policy
We welcome dogs 30lbs and under. When bringing your furry friend, there is a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee plus you must stay in a personal condo. There is also the option to give your furry friend a vacation of its own by boarding him/her at Evergreen Pet Lodge, located here on Hilton Head Island. Guests of Hilton Head Health receive 10% discount at Evergreen.

Smoking Policy
In dedication to making Hilton Head Health a healthy environment for all, we ask that all Guests and Guests' companions refrain from smoking in the following areas: main building (including front porch and courtyard), fitness center and pool area, Guest accommodations, as well as during off-site group activities and other areas deemed obtrusive to the success of our health conscious guests, especially those attending for smoking cessation support. We ask that you stand at least 40 feet away from entrances and outdoor gathering areas, should you choose to smoke. Thank you in advance for being considerate of our healthy environment.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided twice a week. Linens and maid service are provided on Sundays. If there are any problems with your accommodations, please let us know immediately. We will gladly resolve the problem in a timely manner.
Bicycle Rental
Bicycles are available for rent during your stay, or you may choose to bring your own. Please let your Program Consultant know if you would like to rent a bike during your stay prior to your arrival at Hilton Head Health.
