Fitness Assessment

This comprehensive assessment provides you with a detailed personal report in the areas of muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness, mobility, risk for injury, and body composition. Includes VO2 submax test, skinfold for percent body fat, and a few standard strength and flexibility assessments. *You may opt to add the Functional Movement Screening to this session if it was not included in your program.

Exercise Prescription

After completing your fitness assessment or personal training session and discussing your fitness preferences, goals, and time commitment, your Fitness Coach will create a fitness strategy that you can follow at home. The Pilates Reformer provides an excellent core and flexibility workout. Thai Yoga Session

Thai Yoga is performed on the floor or low, cushioned table. The practitioner uses his or her thumbs, palms, elbows, knees, and feet to apply a combination of acupressure, gentle rocking and twisting, joint and spine mobilizations and assisted yoga stretches. Using bodyweight and a steady, meditative rhythm, Thai yoga looks and feels like a graceful dance between giver and receiver. The assisted yoga postures direct the intensity of the stretch and pressure points. Movements are flowing and harmonious, creating a deeply soothing yet energizing experience.
