Bob Wright, M.A.T. - Director of Education

Bob is the Director of Education at Hilton Head Health. His goal is to provide Guests with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions on personal health habits. Bob presents lectures focused on nutrition, weight loss management and disease prevention. Bob has been educating Guests at Hilton Head Health for over 30 years. He holds a Master's degree in Health Education from the University of South Carolina.

Lisette Cifaldi, MSW, LMSW - Director of Behavioral Health

Lisette is Hilton Head Health's Director of Behavioral Health. Lisette provides individual and group counseling on the mind-body connection, covering topics ranging from stress management to body image. A Lowcountry native, Lisette earned her degrees in Psychology and Social Work from the University of South Carolina while also receiving training in Mind/Body medicine from Harvard Mind/Body Medical Institute. Her diverse experiences in business travel, management and privately owned businesses not only give Lisette a professional background that relates to many, but also a personal one.

Jeff Ford, B.S., ACSM - Director of Fitness

Jeff is Hilton Head Health's Fitness Director. He is responsible for developing new fitness classes and activities. In addition, he provides fitness lectures, classes and individualized training. Jeff graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. degree in Marketing and a minor in Health Sciences. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, and Health and Wellness Coach through ACSM. Jeff is also a Certified CrossFit Level I Trainer, Endurance Trainer and Cycling Trainer.

Camila Pacheco, B.A., IFTA, ACE - Fitness Specialist

Camila is H3's newest Fitness Specialist. She is responsible for group fitness classes and personal training sessions. Camila graduated from Unitri with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Social Communications. Originally from Brazil, she began her dance training and was part of a company at a competitive level. After moving to the US in 2006, Camila continued her training as a Dance Instructor in New York City and Charlotte. She has over seven years' experience teaching all different styles of dance including Zumba, Barre and Hip Hop. She is a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer through IFTA and ACE. She is also a certified TRX Trainer.

Lindsay Martin, M.S., R.D. - Dietitian

Lindsay is Hilton Head Health's Registered Dietitian. She is responsible for menu development, as well as facilitating nutrition lectures and providing private meal planning and nutrition consultations. Lindsay earned both her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and her Master's degree in Dietetics from Ball State University. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association.

Jessica Lynn Brantley, B.S., ACSM - Brand Manager

Jessica is the Brand Manager at Hilton Head Health. She is responsible for developing new programs that increase brand identity and bring awareness to Hilton Head health. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the Honors College of Ball State University, Jessica is a certified Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine and is also certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, as well as a Functional Training Specialist.

Adam Martin, B.S., ACSM - Brand Manager

Adam is the Brand Manager at Hilton Head Health. He is responsible for developing new programs that increase brand identity and bring awareness to Hilton Head Health. Adam graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in Exercise Physiology/Biomechanics and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist.

Culinary
Chef Jen Welper -

Chef Jen is responsible for menu development, cooking demonstrations, hands-on cooking classes and facilitating fine dining experiences. She also provides nutrition lectures and one-on-one consultations. Chef Jen has a culinary nutrition degree from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. She is a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation.

Chef Karla Williams -

Chef Karla provides cooking demonstrations and leads hands-on classes. In addition, she teaches part-time fitness classes. A graduate from The Chef's Academy in Indianapolis, Karla's past experience includes Culinary Intern here at H3, as well as Sous Chef at Kona Grill in Carmel, Indiana.

Chef Marvis Hinson - Chef Educator

Chef Marvis is Hilton Head Health's Chef Educator. She provides cooking demonstrations and leads hands-on cooking classes. She is a Certified Educator from the American Culinary Federation, Inc. As Program Director for the Culinary Institute of Savannah Technical College for more than 25 years, she provides an excellent experience of food selection and handling skills, practical menu suggestions and cooking techniques. Chef Marvis has won numerous awards in the areas of service, education and culinary competitions through local, regional and national organizations.

Allison Holloway, B.S., M.S. -

Allison earned her B.S. degree in Applied Learning and Development with a minor in Communication from the University of Texas. She later obtained a M.S. degree in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M University. Her past experience includes Administrative Assistant and Academic Advisor for the College of Education and Human Performance at Texas A&M University. Allison now lives in Hilton Head and acts as a Wellness Coach in the H3@Home Coaching program.

John Schmitz, M.H.S.A. - Owner

John is the Owner of Hilton Head Health and has provided leadership for the organization’s development as a serious weight loss destination. He has also been successful in his personal efforts with weight loss and lifestyle modification and serves as an inspiration to many guests. John has held various national and international positions with private and publicly traded healthcare companies and holds a Master’s of Health Service Administration from Arizona State University.

Ben Brown - Vice President of Facilities & Development

Formerly the senior planner for the town of Hilton Head, Ben acts as the Vice President of Facilities & Development, the primary representative on our construction projects. He provides leadership and acts on behalf of the company with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure a timely, cost effective completion of our projects. He also oversees the housekeeping and maintenance staffs to ensure a clean and well-maintained campus.

Kelly Hillyer - Marketing Manager

Kelly is a graduate of the College of Charleston with degrees in Corporate and Organizational Communication and Hospitality and Tourism Management. Kelly initially joined H3 as a Guest Services Intern in 2007. She later joined full-time in 2008 as Marketing Specialist and since has been promoted to Marketing Manager, where she oversees key marketing campaigns and opportunities, as well as works with the Sales Team.

Allison Suddeth - Director of Guest Services

Allison is Hilton Head Health's Director of Guest Services. She oversees all Front Desk responsibilities and activities, as well as coordinates Guest housing. Allison graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Dot Young - Program Administration

Dot is the Program Administrative Assistant. She plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations in Program Services. Dot is responsible for distributing the daily and weekly schedules and managing the Health Specialists’ schedules. Dot has been a part of the Hilton Head Health family for over 15 years. She holds a B.S. degree in Office Administration and Management from South Carolina State University.
