Whether you are looking to focus on fitness, nutrition or stress reduction, this all-inclusive stay will leave you feeling re-energized, healthier and provide you with all of the necessary tools to be successful at home.
Healthy Lifestyle Program Includes:
The minimum stay in the Healthy Lifestyle program is 7 days, beginning every Sunday. We recommend a stay of at least 14 days to see the greatest weight loss results. At Hilton Head Health, you may choose to check-out on either a Sunday or Wednesday in the Healthy Lifestyle program.

We now offer three-day seminars in conjunction with our Healthy Lifestyle program. These featured seminars run Wednesday to Friday and focus on specific topics related to life transitions and weight loss management.
