Length of Stay
The minimum stay in the Healthy Lifestyle program is 7 days, beginning every Sunday. We recommend a stay of at least 14 days to see the greatest weight loss results. At Hilton Head Health, you may choose to check-out on either a Sunday or Wednesday in the Healthy Lifestyle program.
