Our most popular program at Hilton Head Health weight loss spa, the Healthy Lifestyle program, is designed for you to lose weight, establish a healthy routine and improve your life. 

Whether you are looking to focus on fitness, nutrition or stress reduction, this all-inclusive stay will leave you feeling re-energized, healthier and provide you with all of the necessary tools to be successful at home.

Healthy LifestyleTM Program Includes:

  • Accommodations in a private room (private bedroom and bathroom with shared living area)
  • Three healthy gourmet meals and snacks daily
  • Health assessment: Individuals will be weighed, measured and receive a blood screening
  • A 45-minute private Health Habit review session, focused on goal-setting, meal planning and exercise strategies
  • Unlimited participation in all fitness classes daily
  • Array of nutritional classes and cooking demonstrations from which to choose
  • Group sessions on stress management, motivation and self-discovery
  • Unique and interactive H3 Identification (I.D.) Classes focusing on Fitness, Nutrition and SELF
  • Use of all fitness and recreation facilities
  • Taxes and gratuities

Length of Stay
The minimum stay in the Healthy Lifestyle program is 7 days, beginning every Sunday.  We recommend a stay of at least 14 days to see the greatest weight loss results.  At Hilton Head Health, you may choose to check-out on either a Sunday or Wednesday in the Healthy Lifestyle program.
