FIT Week is designed for ALL fitness levels and incorporates a number of inspiring and unique fitness activities into our regular Healthy Lifestyle program.  This week is not only packed with adventures and achievements, but also camaraderie and group support - which is by far one of the most memorable parts of the experience.  Finally, the focus of FIT Week is to prepare you for your transition home; therefore, it includes numerous lectures focusing on our core components of exercise, nutrition and behavior management.  For more information, check out the Sample Schedule.
