The Hilton Head Health Institute weight loss spa is a serious program for men and women who want to lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle. The decision to attend our program requires a strong commitment from you. We commit to providing an environment that is rich in education, experiences, and encouragement that will help you in reaching your goals.
That said, early departures, no shows, and cancellations place a burden on the program. We strive to offer you the best overall experience; therefore, it is necessary for us to have these policies. If you need further clarification, feel free to contact your Program Consultant or e-mail

Program participation requires confirmation with a $500 deposit. The balance is due upon arrival. Changes to reservations or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, changes or cancellations within this time frame will result in forfeit of the entire $500 deposit. There is a $100 administration fee for any reservation cancelled more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. There are no credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
