Registration Overview
Registration for our unique weight loss spa can be very simple:  just fill out the Registration form and send it in with your deposit (download the registration pdf here).  Please note that the Registration form is a little detailed to help us understand your preferences better so we can help you select the best class options.

Accommodations
Guests stay in one, two, or three bedroom private or semi-private cottages. Those in semi-private cottages have a private bedroom and bath, and share living and laundry areas.  All accommodations are up to 2 1/2 miles from the Institute in Shipyard Plantation.  Weekly housekeeping services are included.  All buildings are smoke-free.  Unlike some fat farms and adult fat camps, never a barracks or shared room arrangement.

Personal Services
A variety of spa treatments, medical services, individual consultations and training sessions are available to guests for an additional charge.

Special Pricing*
REFER AND RETURN:  A former guest who is responsible for a first-time guest at the Institute will receive credit toward a future stay.

Deposits and Payments
Program participation requires confirmation with a $500 deposit.  The balance is due upon arrival. Changes to reservations or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, changes or cancellations within this time frame will result in forfeit of the entire $500 deposit. There is a $100 administration fee for any reservation cancelled more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  There are no credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
