H3 JUMP START / WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

Over forty years of clinical knowledge and hands on experience has led us to the most exciting new weight loss retreat we’ve ever offered. Jump Start – as the name suggests – is designed to reactivate the physical and mental triggers that generate healthy weight loss. It starts with a personalized health screening, functional movement profile and calorie intake plan designed for your unique weight loss goals. You’re then guided through a week-long curriculum of progressive group training, motivational coaching, recovery therapies, health education and behavioral support – underpinned by our extraordinary gourmet healthy food and customized fitness training. It all adds up to a new you – leaner, healthier and better prepared to keep the weight off long term.
