Sessions provide the day’s workout via scaled options to accommodate participants at varying fitness levels. Mobility is also addressed for injury prevention.

H3 guests have the option of selecting a private bedroom and bath in a 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom villa, which includes a common living area. Most guests attending solo choose to share a villa with a fellow H3 guest. Private villa accommodations are also available.
Hilton Head Health’s drivers will provide you round trip transportation to and from Savannah International (SAV) or Hilton Head Island (HHH) airports. Plus, they are available upon request for island shuttles.
