LoseWell starts each Sunday and requires a minimum 4-week commitment. It's an investment that can change your life as you learn and practice healthy eating and exercise behaviors until they become habit. A personal fitness coach and wellness counselor will be by your side every step of the way to keep you on the path to mental strength, self-confidence and motivation.

Learn how to cook healthy food with our executive chef. Participate in cooking classes and enjoy eating the healthiest, most flavorful food. Plus, every menu item is calorie- controlled so you’ll effortlessly stay on track.
We pride ourselves on the delivering the safest and most efficient fitness program for weight loss. Two trainers are assigned to the group of 12 maximum participants to deliver personalized fitness within a small group setting. The group meets twice daily for 2 ½ hours with additional private and group sessions focused on recovery. A variety of exercise modalities are incorporated – pool, free weights, calisthenics, and even bike rides. Over the course of your program, your fitness coach will meet one-on-one with you weekly to review your progress and re-establish target goals. This is the by far the most comprehensive program you’ll find.

We believe that mobility is the basis for your overall fitness. That’s why we dedicated time each day to improving your flexibility through private recovery services and yoga sessions.
Guests participating in our Lose Well 4 program are housed in our nearby villa accommodations. These condos have common living and laundry areas with private bedrooms and bathrooms. We match housemates, thus creating a supportive team and ensuring success.
Lose Well 4 participants receive $2000 H3$ a month to further personalize their experience. Popular choices include private cooking lessons, specially designed spa packages, island recreation activities, and more.
Hilton Head Health’s drivers will provide you round trip transportation to and from Savannah International (SAV) or Hilton Head Island (HHH) airports. Plus, they are available upon request for island shuttles.
