Whether your stress is triggered at home, at the office, or both, two weeks in the Healthy Lifestyle™ Program can reduce your stress level and give you tools to better deal with stress.  Not only is the beautiful environment enough to make you take a breath and enjoy your surroundings, you will learn other ways to manage stress.  

Did you know that a cardio workout is a natural stress buster?  You will begin to feel the benefits and look forward to the energy you feel after a fitness session.  

Each week the Lifetime Fitness department offers different options that will help you learn to control to stress.  Participating in the sunrise beach walk not only gives you a beautiful back drop to your morning walk, but also sets a healthy foundation for the day.  Yoga is also a class to teach you to focus on your inner self.

You may also have the opportunity to attend a variety of classes that will help you identify stress, its triggers, and ways to manage that stress.

The entire Healthy Lifestyle™ Program will give you tools to view and handle stress in a whole new way.  As you have read throughout the website, it is a lifestyle change and that is what you will learn at the Institute.
