*While participants for yoga should feel comfortable transitioning to/from the floor, we offer a variety of classes throughout the week to accommodate guest's needs. Examples include: Yoga in the Pool, Standing Yoga, Sun Salutations, Yoga Flow, Gentle Yoga.

You'll have access to an additional 40-50 fitness, recreation and education options outside of your Body+Mind Stress Management track. Most activities, like exercise classes and education seminars, are no additional charge. Other sessions, like Indigo Spa services and outdoor excursions, are eligible for resort credit use.
