Fitness Friday: Dynamic Stretches for Running

This weeks fitness friday demonstrates several dynamic stretches that are great for warming up before going for a run.

Happy Friday everyone!  This weeks fitness friday demonstrates several dynamic stretches that are great for warming up before going for a run. Tomorrow, Saturday August 31st, is Hilton Head Island’s annual “Run for RET 5k”.  A local of Hilton Head Island, RET Thomas (Richard Eldon Thomas) was diagnosed with a rare form of pediatric cancer, Ewings Sarcoma. Unfortunately, after a year of battling this condition, RET passed away in April 2000. The “Run for RET 5k” not only keeps the spirit of RET alive, but also continues to bring the community together each year for a beautiful adventure through the Seapines Forest Preserve.
