Gingerbread Smoothie

Healthy and delicious Gingerbread Smoothie perfect for breakfast, snack time or anytime. Healthy treat for the holiday season.

H3 Gingerbread Smoothie

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 each                                  Banana, frozen

1 cup                                   Almonds Milk, unsweetened

2 teaspoons                         Light molasses

1 teaspoon                          Vanilla Extract

1 Tablespoon                      Flaxseed, ground

½ teaspoon                         Cinnamon

½ teaspoon                         Ginger, ground

½ scoop                              Protein Powder

⅛ teaspoon                         Equal mix of nutmeg, cloves, and allspice

STEPS:

  • Place all ingredients into a blender.
  • Pulse until smooth.
