Bob Wright and David Chesworth speak with two previous LoseWell4 guests, Betty H. and Frank C. who have kept in touch since their stay and are helping to keep each other accountable with their weight loss journey.
Betty and Frank went through the program together and built a relationship here. Since their departure, they continued to stay in touch and are determined to help keep each other accountable for the goals they made during their stay at H3. “You have to have someone who has walked the walk, and has been there,” said Betty. “You have to have the support.”
Both Betty and Frank have adopted new habits based on the lectures and fitness classes they took during their stay at Hilton Head Health. Betty and Frank have realized that one of the best ways to set themselves up for success is to surround themselves with like-minded people who are adopting similar good habits. “It’s nice because I have friends and family home, and they are supportive in their own way, but at the end of the day, Betty really ‘get’s it,” said Frank.
