Yoga Instructor

Karen’s teaching style draws on several types of yoga. Teaching all levels, her style has evolved and now strikes a balance between Flow Style and a more laid-back practice. Less is best. Her goal is to help her students move at their own pace, take good care of themselves and challenge them to make progress with their own practice. Karen has spent December of 2016 and 2017 in Thailand studying Thai massage, eating Thai cuisine and soaking up the culture. Her latest educational interest is in Reusi Dat Ton, a holistic self-care system of Thailand which includes self-massage techniques and joint mobilization. When Karen is not teaching yoga you’ll find her with her new grandson, Elliot.
