Healthy Kitchen Demonstration Cook
Matt Frommer is a Demonstration Cook in Hilton Head Health’s Healthy Kitchen. He received his associate degree in culinary arts and bachelor’s degree in food service management from Johnson & Wales in Charlotte, NC. Matt began his career in food and beverage working at fast-casual restaurants and has since gravitated more towards wholesome healthy cooking like we do here at H3. In addition to working as a chef, Matt also owns and runs Frommer’s Natural Foods, a small natural food business responsible for making our H3 Almond Goji Granola. Matt resides in Hilton Head, South Carolina where he enjoys getting outdoors to bike, kayak, surf, and paddleboard as often as possible.
