Fitness Friday: Final Four Workout

This workout consists of four rounds of four different types of exercises (representative of this year’s final four).

> 2 Minutes of High Intensity Cardio - Walk/Run
> 10 Repetitions of Sit-Ups
> 10 Repetitions of Push-Press Squats
> 10 Repetitions of Step-Ups on each side OR 10 Box Jumps
