- 1.5 Pound Pork tenderloin, ground
- 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
- 1 bunch Parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Fennel, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3 sandwich thins Arnold sandwich slider buns
- Preheat grill.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Portion 1/4 cup patties.
- Grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, about 6 minutes per side.
- Serve on an open-faced sandwich thin with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
