Healthy Recipes: Pork Tenderloin Burger

 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 Pound Pork tenderloin, ground        
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
  • 1 bunch Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 sandwich thins Arnold sandwich slider buns

 

PREPERATION:

    • Preheat grill.
    • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    • Portion 1/4 cup patties.
    • Grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, about 6 minutes per side.
    • Serve on an open-faced sandwich thin with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
