Healthy and Fun Tailgating Games

 Next time the big game is on and you and your buddies have gathered around the T.V. to watch your teams play, try these fun and interactive fitness games. It's a great way to stay active and healthy while cheering your favorite teams on!

 

When your team scores:

 

-      Touchdown: you do 6 squats while cheering!!!

-      Extra Point: You can make someone else in the room do 1 burpeeTailgate Fitness Series Games

-      2 Point Conversion: You can make someone else in the room do 2 burpees

-      3  Point Field Kick: you do 3 squats while cheering!!!

-      2 Point Safety: You can make someone else in the room do 2 burpees

 

 

If your team:

 

-      Blocks a field goal: You can make someone else in the room do 2 burpees

-      Intercepts the ball: You can make someone else in the room do 2 burpees

 

 

At the end of the game:

 

-      Do as many squats as there are points that your opponents team scored. 

 

 

***If you don’t have a team then you are automatically on the winning team at any given moment of the game.***
