If the recipes you are engaging with are only the "quick and easy" highly palatable and highly processed foods, then it is time to re-evaluate how they are affecting your nutrition choices. "A great tip to change the way we engage with food is to click "unfollow" on these Facebook pages that have these types of recipes," said Felicia.
