Kick-off Game Time With Buffalo Cauliflower

Fall is here and that means game time and tailgating. If you're a fan of buffalo wings, you're going to love this healthy game day recipe.




Buffalo Roasted CauliflowerIngredients:


5 cups

Cauliflower, cut into medium sized florets

1/3 cup

Carrot, peeled, shredded

1/3 cup

Celery, thinly cut on a bias

1/2 teaspoon 

Olive oil

1/4 teaspoon 

Black pepper

1/4 cup + 1/2 Tablespoon

Buffalo Sauce

5  teaspoons

Bleu cheese, crumbled



  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a sheet tray
  • Toss florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread out on the sheet tray, make sure not to crowd together.
  • Roast for 7 minutes, rotate the cauliflower and roast 7 more minutes or until slightly charred.
  • Remove and toss in ¼ cup buffalo sauce.
  • Add the remaining ½ Tablespoon of buffalo sauce into the carrots and celery.
  • Toss the all the vegetables together and plate ½ cup of the mixture.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of bleu cheese over the top.
  • Serve warm.
