Basil Hummus

 Let’s celebrate the bountiful basil! Hummus is a staple these days and easy to come by, but you won’t find something this bright and flavorful at a grocery store.

Ingredients:

2  cups Garbanzo beans
⅙  cup Lemon juice, fresh
1 ½  Tablespoons Garlic
⅙  cup Tahini
¼  teaspoon Salt
¼  teaspoon Black pepper
½  cup Basil, fresh

 

 

Method:

  • Rinse garbanzo beans.
  • Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy.
