Start with our Warmed Brussel Sprout & Farro Slaw. This warm slaw recipe is simple to make and tastes absolutely delicious. This is a great side for our Pecan & Dijon Encrusted Salmon.
|8 ounces||Brussels Sprouts, thinly sliced|
|1 cup||Red apple, thinly sliced|
|½ Tablespoon||Olive oil|
|1 ½ Tablespoons||Red wine vinegar|
|Ground black pepper|
|Farro, cooked and cooled|
- Preheat a medium sized skillet, add olive oil.
- Once the skillet is hot, add sliced Brussels sprouts and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until slightly softened.
- Add the remaining ingredients and sauté for 3-5 minutes or until apple slices are slightly softened.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
