Healthy Snacking With H3's Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Make snacking healthier and more nutritious by grabbing some of your favorite vegetables and Hilton Head Health's famous buttermilk ranch dressing. This is a staple item at H3's FitBite station and many of our guests ask for the recipe. So here it is for your healthy snacking occasion.

 

Hilton Head Health Buttermilk Ranch DressingIngredients:

1 cup

Hellman’s Mayonnaise, light

1/2 cup

Buttermilk, fat-free

1 1/2 tablespoons

Onion powder

1 1/2 tablespoons

Garlic powder

1/4 cup 

Parsley, fresh, chopped

1/4 teaspoon

Salt

To taste

Black pepper

                                                                                                               

METHOD:

  • Combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk well.
  • Finely chop fresh parsley.
  • Fold fresh parsley into mayonnaise mixture.
