A scene from a movie? It felt like being on a coastal movie set, but in actuality I was taking in the scenery at Hilton Head Health Wellness Resort and Spa. Hilton

Head Health or H3, would be my reset button for the next three days on this purposefully planned trip designed with wellness goals in mind.

Before my trip I read sterling reviews about H3. I was confident the resort would be nice but not having ever been to a wellness spa and resort, I did not know what to expect.
