Slow Cooker Banana Oatmeal

Family recipes can turn over past memories & make new memories! The H3 Healthy Kitchen wants to help you make the most out of your family time with this yummy, easy breakfast recipe: Slow Cooker Banana Oatmeal. You can get in and out of the kitchen quickly and still provide a hearty, healthy breakfast for all your loved ones.




1 cup Oats

1 each Banana, ripe, mashed

½ cup Almonds, sliced

2 cups Skim Milk

2 cups Water

2 Tablespoons Flax Seed, ground

2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

½ teaspoon Salt

2 Tablespoon Maple Syrup


    • Place all ingredients into the slow cooker.
    • Stir until combined.
    • Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or high for 3), depending on the desired consistency.
    • When finished fluff with fork and serve.
    • Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
