Hilton Head Health welcomes Dr. Katherine Coley, MD, a board-certified OB/GYN, hormone and restorative medicine specialist, for a special two-day visit focused on healthy aging, longevity and feeling your best at every stage of life.

With more than two decades of medical experience, Dr. Coley specializes in personalized integrative medicine, including hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapy, longevity medicine and aesthetic treatments. She combines extensive clinical experience with an individualized approach to helping patients feel restored, refreshed and empowered in their health.

She will also discuss strategies related to cognitive health, hair health and optimizing well-being as we age.

Board-Certified OB/GYN | hormone and Restorative Medicine Specialist

Dr. Katherine Coley is a board-certified OB/GYN with over two decades of dedicated medical experience. She earned her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California in 1999 and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan in 2003.

Dr. Coley began her career in private practice at NYU - Tisch Hospital before transitioning to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. For the past 17 years in South Carolina, she raised her family while building a comprehensive private practice offering full-scope obstetrics, bio identical hormone management and gynecological surgical care.

In 2020, Dr. Coley shifted her focus entirely to outpatient wellness, outpatient surgery and office-based gynecology. Today, she specializes in personalized integrative medicine through hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapy, and aesthetic treatments. She is a member of ACOG, A4M and the Menopause Society, continually updating her expertise in hormonal balance and longevity medicine. Dr Coley combines decades of clinical expertise with an individualized approach to help her patients feel restored, refreshed, and empowered to live their best life.
