After about 20 years in the world of research and development, Thomas decided to attend culinary school to pursue his passion – food and nutrition. He followed up culinary school with a degree in nutrition. This background makes him well suited to develop recipes and classes for the Healthy Kitchen where he shares his passion for delicious, healthy food with our guests through classes and demonstrations.
