Facilities Director

Rob coordinates and maintains all aspects of Facilities repairs and projects on all properties owned by Hilton Head Health. He oversees all daily housekeeping activities, including campus cleaning, offsite cleaning, and laundry. Rob and his team create a scope of work, orders materials and project manage all H3 construction projects, both in-house and with outside contractors. He Maintains inventory for both Facilities and housekeeping and manages budget expenses

  • AOS Refrigeration and Air Conditioning MVCC Utica NY

  • Journeyman Plumber certificate

  • Forbes 500 Hospitality facilities management training

  • Certified Pool operator

  • Construction Project management certificate

  • 35 years experience in facilities and construction

  • 25 years in Hospitality facilities management 

Fun Fact

I love to go to the beach and also enjoy fishing, especially for flounder (they taste so goooood!)
