You will receive an email with all the information you need to get started. After that, you will receive weekly emails with assigned videos and “homework” to help you stick to the changes you’re making and to keep you motivated:
- MOVE WELL: You’ll be assigned 3 to 5 MOVE WELL videos each week. The MOVE WELL videos will be 30 to 40 minutes long and will not require any equipment.
- EAT WELL: You’ll be assigned at least 2 EAT WELL videos each week, usually one covering important nutrition information that will help you find your eating style and one easy-to-follow recipe demonstration.
- BE WELL: You’ll be assigned at least 1 BE WELL video each week. BE WELL videos are what set REAL Weight Loss apart from most all other weight loss programs. BE WELL videos address some of the underlying reasons for unhealthy eating and behaviors, as well as provide helpful information for improving your chances of success.
