Hilton Head Health Visitor Policy

Guests attending Hilton Head Health’s programs, especially for longer stays, may enjoy having a companion visit during the course of their stay.  For optimal program support when a guest returns home, we highly recommend your companion experience the full program for a better understanding of the lifestyle adjustments a guest may aspire for achieving at home.  However, guests may also choose to have a visitor with more limited access than full program participation.

Any visitors MUST be registered in order to utilize Hilton Head Health accommodations, campus and amenities.  Contact Reservations for fees and registration information for a Visitor’s Pass that includes the following:

  • Guest Room: Visitor shares the Guest Room; fees cover additional housekeeping and common area usage.  A separate room for a visitor can be arranged in the villas for an additional fee.
  • On-site Requirements: Visitors must have their picture taken at check-in and wear their nametag at all times.  Visitors have access to common areas and should adhere to community policies (cell phone/quiet areas, smoking policy, no outside food or drink).
  • Transportation: Visitors may only utilize H3 transportation if traveling with the Guest.
  • True Dining, Fit Bites, and Beverage Station: Visitors must dine with their Guests, are allowed 3 Fit Bites daily, and access to the beverage station. Meals are included with Visitor’s Passes 3+ nights –a la carte dining is only available for 1-2 day visitors.
  • Fitness Areas, including Pool: Visitors may use the fitness areas and pool before 9am and after 5pm (UNLESS a class is taking place in the area).  These areas are un-supervised; Visitor participates at their own risk.
  • Indigo Spa: Visitors may schedule Spa Services
  • Healthy Kitchen and Recreation: Visitors may book Healthy Kitchen or Recreation events to attend with the Program Guest only (activity fees apply, Guest H3$ cannot be transferred to Visitor).
  • Program Services: Individual Program Services (such as personal training, counseling, etc.) are reserved for Program Guests only.  The same applies to group program activities such as fitness classes, lectures, and other group activities; these sessions are for Program Guests only.  Visitors may gain access by purchasing a Guest Day Pass for $350.
