Your health screening includes the following assessments: body weight and measurements, BMI, resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, and a lipid profile (fasting glucose, HDL, LDL, total cholesterol, triglycerides). For Hilton Head Health stays of 2 weeks or more, a departure screening is scheduled to measure results.

Not a fitness test, it is used to measure posture, symmetry, and the risk of injury within the joints and muscles of the body. FMS identifies which exercises and therapies will improve your strength and mobility, and which to avoid. This single screening allows H3’s fitness staff to determine a safe and effective fitness program for you.
End your weight loss vacation by meeting with one of our Health Specialists for an in-depth private session to discuss your health screening, FMS, and nutrition profile. Motivators for and challenges to implementing a realistic wellness plan for home will be explored. You will leave the session with a list of specific behavioral goals (SMART Goals) to help transition your weight loss program from H3 to home.
